Made To Be Badass - Female Bootcamp & Workshop

Hey, badass lady!  Have you got plans for this Sunday morning in August? No?  Then join us in this female-only event at the Recreation Centre in Aston-on-Trent.

Meet with other like-minded badass ladies, create connections that last and dedicate this Sunday morning to yourself.

Learn how to get in shape, work on that booty and other parts we love to keep sexy.  Learn about nutrition, calm your mind with our guided meditation and grow your confidence during our coaching presentation.

We promise you four hours of fun, laughter, high energy & vibes and a glass or two of alcohol-free prosecco for all your hard work.

This event is for all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  Toilets and other facilities on site.
