Guided walk around the former Swadlincote Loop line

On 31st July, The Magic Attic’s Dot Morson will be hosting another of her regular heritage walks.

This walk will take you from Castle Gresley and follow the route of the old Swadlincote Loop rail line that used to connect Swadlincote and Woodville to the Leicester to Burton Railway.

The meet is at the Mount Pleasant Inn at 7:00pm and boots and wet weather gear is essential. Please note the parking will be on street.

The walk is free but donations are welcome to allow the Magic Attic to continue their work in preserving our local heritage.
