23 November 2025 , 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Join the team at Whistlewood Common for a heart-warming festive workshop where you’ll carve your very own Festive Gonk from aerated concrete – a fun, hands-on process we like to call Alternative Stone Carving.
Set under Whistlewood’s beautiful rustic Shelter overlooking the Woodland, you’ll experience a cosy, creative morning surrounded by natural festive decorations, greenery, and the friendly community spirit Whistlewood is known for.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners. All tools, materials, and guidance are provided. All you need is a little strength and dexterity in your hands and wrists to enjoy the carving process.
Take home your finished Gonk to enjoy for many Christmases to come!
