The garden has been radically altered around the entrance garden because of the moth-devastation of the Box hedging, which has all now been removed. The new planting has quickly become established and it will be a riot of tulips for the spring openings.
The rear garden, which was designed to give year-round interest with several different areas connected with flowing curved paths, remains much the same. Beech and yew hedges enclose the spaces, giving structure, and acting as a backdrop to areas of both shade and sun-loving planting.
There will be abundant spring bulbs for the May openings, squirrels notwithstanding.
