Samba Beat - Repton Festival
6 July 2025 , 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
6 July 2025 , 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Experience the joy of rhythm in our uplifting Samba Percussion Workshop – a vibrant, music-filled session where young people can discover the infectious energy of Latin percussion. Guided by professional musicians, participants will explore a wide range of traditional Samba instruments, learning how to layer rhythms, follow musical cues, and create exciting grooves together.
This workshop is all about musicality—developing listening skills, coordination, and a strong sense of timing through fun, interactive activities. Whether you are new to music or already have some experience, you’ll be inspired to express yourself and feel the power of playing as part of a group.
The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and supportive, making it easy for everyone to join in at their own pace. It’s not just about learning percussion—it’s about connecting through sound, building confidence, and having a great time with music.
Places are limited—book now and let the rhythm take over!
Suitable for teens and young adults, including those with SEND.
