Five cottages, double and twin bedrooms, open plan, well equipped with own small garden, one cottage is wheelchair friendly
All five holiday cottages on offer are brick built and as they are facing the local wood, each one is named after a native tree: Oak, Ash, Horse Chestnut, Sycamore and Elm.
Four of the cottages have two double/twin bedrooms (one of which is wheelchair friendly), the fifth has a bedroom with four-poster bed and bathroom with roll-top bath. All five cottages have an open plan, well equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. They each also have their own small garden and patio area.
Located at the heart of the National Forest, South Derbyshire offers lots of entertainment for all ages: the National Trust’s Calke Abbey, Melbourne Hall & Gardens and Donington Park racing circuit to name but a few. And while you are here indulge in some great food and real ales in the local pubs and restaurants, and don’t forget to stretch your legs along the many woodland trails and canal towpaths.
