Double R Distillery and School

Double R Distillery is a family-run micro-distillery set on the picturesque Catton Hall & Park Estate. Surrounded by fields, wildlife, and grazing sheep, we handcraft small-batch rum, gin, and liqueurs using our traditional copper pot still, Francie. We take pride in sourcing local ingredients, including fruits from neighbouring farms, honey from estate bees, and botanicals foraged from nearby hedgerows.

We are a multi-award-winning distillery, known for distinctive flavours like our Chocolate & Raspberry Rum, and a commitment to quality. Alongside production, we run a pre-bookable Distillery School, typically operating on Fridays and Saturdays. The school caters for couples, small groups of up to eight, or larger groups by request. Guests can celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a hands-on experience creating their own unique bottle of rum or gin.
