Alternatively just sit back and unwind in your outdoor hot tub, watching the sun set across the lake. The lake is stocked with fish so you could relax with some fishin

Colliery Lane Lodges are nestled in the charming village of Linton. This peaceful retreat offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

Just a stone’s throw away from Swadlincote, and surrounded by picturesque villages such as Castle Gresley, Overseal, Rosliston, Cauldwell, and Botany Bay, our location is truly something special.

We also have a private fishing lake filled with good-sized carp, perch roaches and other fish too. If you have fishing experience, then you are welcome to fish in the lake for the small cost of £5 per day
