Family run site situated in the Heart of England in The National Forest with outstanding views.
There are two sites at the park: Dovesite Caravan Park which can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 caravans at any one time. Also a Caravan Club Certificated Location which can take up to a maximum of five caravans at any one time.
A quiet site with beautiful walks in close proximity, particularly the lovely walk around the reservoir and the picturesque ‘chocolate box’ villages of Melbourne and Ticknall a stone’s throw away. Dovesite is very peaceful and for those early risers there is the fantastic sunrise over the little village of Breedon-on-the-Hill to the east.
Banks, shops, supermarkets and cafes are within a 15-minute walk and there is a bus stop located at the site entrance. The site is surrounded by acres of land for dog walking, rambling or a leisurely stroll. Open all year round. Children and dogs are welcome.
