Set in over 50 acres of Derbyshire countryside at Etwall, Barleyfields is privately-owned by the Gill family and prides itself on being a friendly, safe place to ride. The Centre is an established riding school, delivering over 1000 lessons per month and a large professional livery yard with over 50 stables.
Barleyfields is a registered competition centre and their riding club holds regular competitions and events in all disciplines. The Centre has two large outdoor floodlit surfaces, a large indoor surface and grass arenas for show jumping, working hunter and dressage. The mini cross country course is great for training and arena eventing and there is excellent off-road hacking.
