HYGGE - A Celebration of Art, Warmth and Winter Comfort- Art Exhibition

As the days grow shorter and the winter chill settles in, Creative Melbourne Gallery invites visitors to step inside and discover Hygge -our festive Christmas exhibition celebrating beautiful artwork, thoughtful gifting and the simple pleasures that make this time of year so special.

Inspired by the Danish concept of hygge -a feeling of warmth, comfort and contentment -the exhibition brings together work by Caroline Barnes, Stevie Davies, Audrey Ebrey, Michelle Holmes, Steph Jansen, Steven McLoughlin, Steven Tandy, Katherine Brunt and other Melbourne Festival artists.

Discover original artwork and unique gifts, explore the artists’ individual approaches and find something special to treasure or give to someone you love. With an emphasis on colour, texture and craftsmanship, Hygge celebrates the pleasure of finding something individual and joyous.
