Heritage Open Days returns from 11th to 20th September and offers a fantastic opportunity to discover the rich history and heritage of South Derbyshire, through a range of free events and experiences. From historic buildings and guided tours to exhibitions and heritage walks, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
As part of the celebrations, we are delighted to be unveiling our new Sir Nigel Gresley Exhibition at the South Derbyshire Visitor Information Centre, alongside a programme of events taking place across the district.
