Whether you have service or supported someone who has, this is a place to meet others, share experiences, and build meaningful social connections in a friendly, understanding environment.

It is also an opportunity to learn about and access local support services, ask questions and find out what help is available, all in an informal no pressure setting.

Enjoy good company, conversations and a strong sense of community.
