Crafted in Clay with Joanna Dawidowska at Sharpe's Pottery Museum

First Workshop:  hands-on pottery workshop coiled dessert‑pot workshop is a playful, hands‑on clay session where participants create pots and containers that mimic the look of delicious desserts. Using the traditional coiling technique, makers transform simple clay coils into whimsical forms such as cupcakes, ice‑cream swirls, doughnuts, pastries, or layered cakes.

Joanna will demonstrate how to create your bespoke dessert pot.

Second Workshop:  Hands-on sgraffito decorating workshop teaches participants how to carve bold designs into coloured slip on the surface of clay bowls and plates. It’s a satisfying, visually striking technique.
