Are you looking to learn a new skill?
Join Karen from Shore Things to create art from the fragments of glass and pottery that are washed up on our beaches every day. Even if you think you’re not creative, Karen will lead you through the process step-by-step and you’ll be amazed by what can be made from everyday materials!
*Please note: Karen is very careful in what and how she collects things from the beach. Under the Coastal Protection Act 1949, it is illegal to remove pebbles or sand from UK beaches, so Karen collects pieces of glass or pottery that have been washed ashore by the sea and is classed as rubbish so she is able to collect and recycle.
